I’m currently the Managing Director of New Zealand Industry Qualifications. NZIQ is the provider of digital qualifications throughout New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
We partner with Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk, Unity, Apple and others to ensure individuals have the skills they need to thrive in a digital world.
My mission is to help provide all NZ students with the opportunity to gain skills they can use to innovate and create in a digital space.
I created the Arkadian brand in 2013 and built at the time the fastest growing NZ social brand, Scurb [Now PentaMagic], gaining over 300k subscribers in 5 months. I consulted with Google on social content discovery and have worked to help kickstart NZ social brands such as Viva La Dirt League.
My game of choice as a creator is League of Legends, and you can find me as a host for LPL on their pro-tier or international broadcasts.
My experience as a gamer drives my passion of ensuring that future generations of gamers have legitimate pathways forward in life, whether that be through existing industries such as game development or developing industries such as esports entertainment or pro gaming.
